if your bones havent fused yet, if your over 21 then chances are they have. there is a down size thought, your face, hands and feet grow as well. ------------------ IP: Logged |

technically when you hit 19 you are down growing...the cells in your bones fuse and there is nothing you can do from this point on...some people were meant to be short...i am and i hate it but beats loadin up on gh and gettin elongated jaw and fingers and all that fun stuff IP: Logged |
