guys, my last cycle of sust. d-bol and deca gave me 23 lbs, 5 weeks since i've lost only five lbs. just measured, my arms are up 2 inches, my waist is down 1 full inch. great progress, i'm so happy. now if i could get my calves to catch up. mass cycle-waist down an inch w.t.f. i'm so happy. 5'11 218 i'm checking my bf. tomorrow before i diet. i'm guessing around 12%.my arms are up to 19 inches, god i'm so proud. guys i thought i would never see 19 inches on my arms. lookout 20 here i come. my waist is down from 33 to 32. eveyone laughs when i say this considering i was on a mass cycle. thanks for the compliments guys, i owe it all to this board. i read for 6 months, learned a ton. thanks guys IP: Logged |
