i heard while taking any test its not good to take eca as it makes your body pass your proteins faster, i stopped usin, them should i start to keep body fat down,even when bulking?

Dude,
Cut the eca's out while bulking. All your doing is burning much needed calories. Alot of Bros will agree with me on this. If you pack on some fat in the process..who cares...
Its what is lurking underneath when you diet down that counts. I personally like getting a bit chubby on bulking cycles...losing it is not that hard.

I agree with WC 100%, when your on eat like a maniac. Have you ever seen Lee Priest in the off season? IHOP, McDonalds and Kentucky chicken is the center of his diet, and for his hight he is probably the biggest guy I have ever seen. Eat like crazy and don't wory about a little extra fat it will help put on those extra few pounds of muscle.

Know a kid that saw priest at a gym in mass, and said he looked like his listed 5'4, and admitted to being (HOLY SHIT) 285 pounds. Scary, scary thought.

Dude, eca will cut your appetite. You won't want to eat. Bad idea. Having said that, on the days you workout, eca before your workout can really put some power in your lifts.

Found this article right or wrong it had some info i had not read before.
"At the beginning of a diet, simple manipulation of caloric intake will be sufficient to lose fat. However, as the diet progresses, the dieter will notice a significant reduction in the ability to burn fat. This inability to burn fat is a product of your body adjusting to the new caloric regimen imposed by the dieter. The decrease in calories causes the body to reduce its basal temperature which shuts down the body's ability to burn fat efficiently. Adjusting the temperature is the simplest way to rectify this problem. This is where thermogenic agents come into play.

Thermogenic agents are chemicals which will help to raise the temperature of the body back to a more ideal fat burning zone (97.2 -98.2 F). Ephedrine is the most popular thermogenic agent used today because it's cheap and it works really well as long as it's used properly. Ephedrine is derived from the ephedra vulgaris plant and has been recongnized as a thermogenic agent for many centuries in China.

A dieter can obtain ephedrine from a few different sources: health food shops(epherdra), interstate truck stops (ephedrine hydrochloride) for about $5, or you can get it at a pharmacy (ephedrine sulphate 50mg) with a perscription.

To maximize the effects of ephedrine the user should stack ephedrine with caffiene and asprin. The ratio combination is important if maximum effectiveness is desired. The dieter should take ephedrine and caffiene in the 1 : 10- ratio that means 25 mg ephedrine with 250 mg caffiene and add half an adult asprin( must be asprin) around 333mg.

Experiments done on myself and friends concluded that the best way to take ephedrine is to start with 25mg ephedrine twice a day using a one day on one day off technique. This staggering is done to prevent the body from getting accustomed to it. As the diet progresses, the dieter will want to increase the dosage to 50mg ephedrine 3 times a day ( this really helps near contest time) using a 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 2 days off staggering routine. Using this technique, I'm able to keep my temperature within the ideal zone. The use of ephedrine three times a day should be restricted to people who are dieting at 20% below maintanance calorie intake. The E.C.A stack acts synergetically not additively so using the proper ratio is essential. However, 500mg of caffiene is quite the jolt so I have never found it possible nor necessary to take 500mg caffiene for 50 mg ephedrine. "
