![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() have you tried german volume training? if not try it I am doing it and so far it is kicking my ass it does make you modest because you have to drop the weight to somewhere where you can do 10reps for 10sets supersetted with another complementing excercise for the same 10 x 10 then another superset involving 3x10 or 3x20-25 depending. My buddy has a whole book on gvt at work and he is going to give me it tommorow and I am going to make a site with a bunch of workout routines and shit I have some scans of another workout program called I think x-treme growth by some huge mofo everyone I know says it is awsome. email me and I'll send you the zip of all the jpegs.
