My friend went from 170 to 204 with just one cycle of 9 amps of sus! This proves that first time cyclers don't need massive dosages of juice there first time around. For u newbies out there, looking to pack on size your receptors are fresh and will respond to anything. Eating + rest + juice + work ethic = the results u want. Stick with low dosages first time around and do it right! (I gained 18 on mine,not bad)

Damn your friend is lucky, I only kept 12 lbs on a 4 wk cycle of sus alone with 8 amps, but I didn't use any clomid or hcg

He wants to lose weight now and drop about 5 pounds of water. He has lost nothing so far. My friend got to sleep all day because he had no job and doesn't go to school. All he would do is eat, sleep, and workout.

Hey Italian, what did he do post cycle, I mean how much did he keep? It's one thing to gain it, another on how much he kept...Water bloat isn't too bad on sus, really quite the minimum. Please post his post cycle drugs and how much he used for how long, in 5 more weeks and I'm off cycle..want to know..I've scored some clomid,want to know if I should get nolvadex now, no gyno and I don't anticipate a real need for it, but just in case...

Good Job, but don't you wonder how much you would've gained off more? I am going on my first cycle soon.(I don't consider clen a real cycle) It will be six weeks and a total of about 20 amps. I am going to be taking an average of 1g a week. Alot would not recommend these kind of dosages but this will be my only cycle for almost a year, so I am going to hit it as hard as I can. I'm gonna have to invest in some clomid or nolvadex for sure.

If you could, everyone (including me) would
probably like to know. How many hours of sleep was your friend getting a day vs how many you were getting? Also the calories and
protein amounts him vs you.

Or anything that the two of you could account
for the difference in your results other than
perhaps genetics.

Btw congrats to both of you for both having
successful cycles.

I remember my first cycle I gained 37lbs off of 10 amps of sus and 25 mg dbol for 6 weeks. I kept 30lbs of it. It is all in how you eat, train and sleep. Although I hadn't reached my maximum natural potential and I was 21 so that probably explains alot. How much fat did your friend gain? I think I probably picked up about 3-5 lbs of fat on that cycle. If I had it to do over again I think I would have used more test.

Everyone reacts differently so don't expect to gain 40lbs off of 250mg of test a week but then again don't go crazy and do 1gram a week either. Duchaine recommended about 600mg a week for a first timer. I think 500mg sus a week and maybe some dbol would do the trick for anyone's first cycle, but that is just my oppinion.

I could account for the differences in our gains. I gained less, much less because of one main factor-rest. I have learned one huge thing from my cycle and that is rest is needed MORE than anything. I eat like a horse 6000 calories a day, train hard and extremely heavy. He ate also the whole day. His philosophy was to sit home and eat all day and sleep. Sleep was the variable. i have a job and college. Also if this helps , i have used supplements for exactly 8 months before the cycle. he never once tried a supplement. I guess the roids shocked his whole system into a newly acquired anabolic state.

Very interesting topic posted here. I am also very curious as to the reason behind the 50% difference in gains achieved from a very similiar cycle. Something caused what would appear to be a massive reduction in the amount of weight gained by you Vs your friend. What besides sleep could have effected the results so much?
