![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() anyone know where I can get a chart that list the protein content and calorie content of foods? I eat alot of chicken legs and they don't have a nutrition label on them so I have no idea how much protein, fat is in there. It would also be helpful in planning my meals. Thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can get books that list calories at places like Wal-mart. I'm not sure about something that lists the protein and fat though. Try looking at the grocery store when you go. They usually have a chart on the way with all the nutrional info for the fresh meat. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bro! I just bought this book at Wal-mart. 'The Complete Book of Food Counts", by Corinne T. Netzer. It lists just about everything you want...including popular fast food restuarants! Calories, Carbs, protein, sodium, chlolesterol, fat & fiber. and just to let you know...chicken leg 5.7 oz., w/skin, w/bone 265 cals, 29.6 prot., 0 carbs, 15.4 fat, 105 chol., 99mgs sod., 0 fiber. There were also some other variations to this, but you get the just of it. IP: Logged |
