  I am very proud to be part of this board!!! We have our "problems now and then, but they seem to work them self's out!! As I read through the board..(lately that is all I have the time to do..!) it blow's me away how well informed and intelligent the members of this board are..I have been on alot of boards (under a different name) and have not seen the break down of information that even some newbies have to offer....I tip my helmet to all the members of this board!!!! And to George this is THE BEST BOARD ON THE NET AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME DIFFERENT!!!! Thank you to all the members for making the ELITE FITNESS BOARD what it is...THE B-O-M-B....... Yeah baby I am coming through!!!!!!

I used to reside at the anabolic world which is a good board but nothing even close to what this board offers. I have gained so much knowledge from this board and was able to check my stack before doing it and get feedback to what people would do. Hear different theories on as. Well now I use that little info I have to pass it on to others so that the senior members can use their time better. Well george thank you for this board and may it last forever!!! IP: Logged |
