This isn't a flame-intended post, but the truth is I've learned a great deal on this board and I'm learning more everyday and THANKS A BUNCH.......but guys.....the spelling and punctuation leave alot to be desired on here!!! LOL And maybe a little sentence structure would be nice too!! Sorry, had to get that off my chest! I'm here to learn from you veterans, but it's tough to decipher the good info sometimes. well is this english class now or a board about roids,lifting,diet,ect. Jusking bro i have noticed to, but most people just dont care to proofread their post before posting. not everyone is from the USA and english is not their first language I for one do not mind deciphering a little having and hearing from Bro's from around the world is one of the best things about the board!
