Hey guys! I love this board! I just started a cycle of sustenon 500mgs a week. I live by TJ and I figure I'll add something to the mix. I was thinkin EQ or decca(if I can find the vet fourm of the decca, cause the pre-loads don't have enouth in them and I don't want to stick myself to manny times a week) I am also thinking primo if I can find it. I'm gonna pick up some clomid and start next week using eod. what do you guys think? Thank-John

Depends on what you want out of the cycle, eq good for cuts, deca does come in 200 variety in mexico. Deca is good with anything, has water retention at high doses.

I want to gain lean mass & burn fat. I know they don't work that well together, but I figure that the sust. will help me hold on to muscle. I'm taking clen and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. I also plan on getting some cytomel. Thanks-John

Hey bro, cardio is an catabolic excercise may be wrong routine to be following. Anabolics and cardio sometimes are in conflict with each other, drop the cardio while on cycle or at least drop down a bit.

Just to clear things up a little, I do 4-5 intense weight workouts in addition to the cardio. The cardio is fast paced walking with just a little running for 30 min each session. Do you think it is too much? Thanks again, -John

hey johnny you can buy the pre-loads (redi-jects) of deca and just empty them in to your syringe what you do is take out the plunger and shoot however many pre-loads you want into the syringe then take the plunger and put it in just enough to keep the deca from comming out the needle. then turn it needle upwait for the deca to run down and then push the plunger in and get all the air out. That way you dont have to stick yourself so much...

I have run sustenon with both eq and deca and much preferred the deca. By the way you can find two forms of 200mg deca in mexico.
