I have been sporadically taking the E/C/A stack for about three years. None of the articles I had read ever gave any instruction of the frequency or dosages. I have been mostly taking one stack pre workout to give me a boost. In one of E2's cycles he reccomends 3 times a day. Is that everyday for just when you are or a year round thing. Can you build a tolerance to the stack and it becomes uneffective after awhile? VK IP: Logged |

Well bro, your body can become adaptive to anything. ECA is one. You cannot be constantly using it and expect to see results. Use it for about 4-6 weeks and then take a break for a while. your body has to revert back to its natural state. Hope this helps you out man. Later ------------------ IP: Logged |

I use it maybe 2-3 times/week and it always seems like the "first time" that way. "Cycling" it like that will keep your body from getting used to it. deltman ------------------ IP: Logged |

According to the World Anabolic Review, use e/c/a/ only every other day. Otherwise your body does get used to it. I've never used it as a fat burner, but I have used it lots of time's for a training boost. And yes I found that I got used to it fairly quickly. If your going to use it for a fat burner you can cycle it with clenbuterol using the follow cycle. Clen 2 days on, 2 days off. in the off days use e/c/a at 2 tabs 3 time daily MAX. clean up your diet and this will work wonder's. However don't expect quaility sleep with this cycle. If you find you can't sleep try using GABA, or if you really need deep sleep try get some GHB.
