Try the search engine and previous posts. I got a SHITLOAD info plus sites and everything!!! Once again, read the previous posts that's your best bet. Most people here know more things you will ever need to know about A.S. so keep your eyes open. I'm a newby as well, it gets frustrating sometimes with all that info but its a stage everyone has been through. You can email me if you want me to give you some sites that I have...Welcome to the most addicting and educating board ever.
