My elbows, knees and shoulders have been hurting/aching for about a week. I have done cycles before and this has never happened. Anyone have a clue??? Thanks

it could be due to calcium retention.

steroids have several effects on the body. they cause the body to produce more red blood cells, promote protein synthesis, create a positive nitrogen balance, and they cause an increase in calcium storage and a decrease in calcium removal.

basically, what is probably happening is that the steroids are making your body store more calcium than it needs and the calcium is hurting your joints/bones. probably at least.

drink more fluids. that might help.

Add some deca or norandren if that's all you can find, it helps retain water and the theory is this helps the joints and cartilage out. It also reduces the soreness you get from sus at the injection site....Take MSM and glucosamaine sulfate that help too, I'm in the same boat, right shoulder is sore, and my wieght is well within my abilities, and I'm not not overdoing my abilities...Drink lots of water too..I've heard that the otc pain releivers ie NSAIDS long term use is bad for your joints and cartilidge, something the medical community doesn't tell you about them....lol
