I have been off in on at the gym for a number of years, all natural never tried anything. I am starting up again and am about 3 weeks in to my routine but not cutting like I9 want to. I have tried e/c/a with moderate results I also have a decent diet. Is it an o.k idea to try deca at 300mg/week

bro, you need to get your training and
diet online for at least a year with
no letup before going on gear.
gear is not a quick fix "I need to
bulk up for summer", it is for breaking
down your plateaus after you can't grow
any more!

Like I said before I am not a beginer, I have been working out for a long time, I have just taken the last couple of months of due to school and shortage of time and funds. I'm not looking for a quick fix, I still have my mass, and was looking into a sort of mild AS to get back in the game.
