Here is my dilemma. My girlfriend wants to lose about 10lbs, which is not a problem. She is 5'2" and 118lbs and probably between 15-20% bf. (Just an estimate) The problem is that she is very anemic and any time she works out the next day she feels very tired and lazy. She can't use any type of stimulants as her body is very delicate and sensitive. She has tried jogging a few times a week along with dieting but she just can't keep up with it. She sleeps and sleeps from being so tired from the previous workout that she can't do another. Her doctor has her supplementing iron and I was just wondering if any guys or ladies had any thoughts on what I can do to help her. I have her diet all straightend out but it is very hard for her to lose fat with just the diet and it takes a lot out of her. Please answer if you have any advice.

The only problem is the e/c/a stack is a stimulant and her body is so delicate that it will fuck her up. It is like if she eats the wrong kind of foods her stomach gets cramps and she feels like shit. I have never met anyone else who has had as many problems as her. She has had so many tests to see if she was hypoglycemic, had hypothyroidism, and so on. Basically the only thing that they found is her red blood cells are REALLY low and she needs a lot of iron. She gets sick a lot and the amount of red blood cells really decreases then. Thanks for the input though.

She can try taking large doses of chromium picolinate , and be very careful about what she eats.

You might want to try the Chromium, as well as Tyrosine...I'd also get some Flax Seed Oil.

If she only wants to lose 10 pounds...that can be done in a little more than a month with just a brisk walk in the mornings and a slight diet.

I also hear that broccoli is good for anemia.

I know you said no stimulants...but have you tried the Nor-ephedrine? The regular stuff gave me the shakes pretty bad, but I have no side affects with the nor-ephedrine...just a thought.

Good luck!

My wife had the same situation. We finally supplemented her with dhea and nor-andro (All natural stuff) and she finally kicked the last 10lbs she was after. Later
