I was reading an article today talking about how MSM allows more collagen to enter damaged tissue cells and was wondering if anybody had any experience as I used to have tendinitis and some times it flares up a little.

Hey Bro, I use MSM for tendonitis/joint pain and it seems to help. I take 2g in the morning and 2g in the evening. It is not a panacea but it has been helping me. It was recommended to me by a M.D. specializing in spine/joint care.

Yeah bro it seems to help, try the MSM glucosamine sulfate, it's better for your joints and tendon's! I have found it also is very good for the skin, and can help keep you looking young.
