![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Around 10 months ago I experienced a shoulder injury. Believed to be superspinatus muscle damage, with muscles rubbing together causing a graunchy affect. I was also informed the sholder joint inquestion has rotated forward due to chest muscle and front delts growing larger than the rear delt. PLEASE PLEASE answer my question ........ Would a couple of shots of Decca help this to heal? I should also mention I returned back to the gym 1 month ago. shoulder is one hell of a lot better, but still needs some attention. Can you advise????? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well, any AS is going to help the muscle heal and grow. Deca specifically has been used to treat some extreme arthoritis<sp> cases with good results. I saw a good article written a couple months ago on the Mayo Clinics web site detailing exactly what you are asking about. Sorry I don't have there address handy. Start back slow, bro. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My advice is to start training your rear delts like a madman, deca at low doses would help a bit, but it's not going to fix it overnight. I personally don't like to turn to steroids to heal injuries, i didn't use them at all when my shoulder was in pieces, i like to heal it naturally and use the juice only for taking myself higher when i'm in perfect condition. But if you want 200-300 mg of deca should do you fine. But do some more research on it before running out and buing the stuff!!! IP: Logged |
