This is my daily course...

8:00am - Cereal + milk (fat free)
9:00am - bagel w/ cream cheese (fat free)
10:00am - bannana and cereal bar
11:00am - Pure Protein Bar
1:00pm - Grilled Chicken (3 pieces)
3:00pm - Low Salt Turkey on Whole Wheat
4:30pm - Pasta or Brown Rice
6:00pm - Protein Shake + Bannana

7:00pm - 8:30pm, I'm at the Gym....

8:30pm - Protein Shake
9:00pm - Brown Rice w/ Steak or Chicken
11:00pm - Protein Shake

Is this a good eating cycle, because I feel like all I do is eat and eat and get no results. Am I doing anything wrong? Should I swithch it up? All responses are appreciated, thanx!

I hope your not eating the same thing every day! Looks like you need to toss in more fruits and veggies to me. Make sure you are mixing it up.

Not growing? Try this diet

Meal#1 1 dozen eggs,2 pieces of toast
Meal#2 Meal replacement with 1L 3%Milk
Meal#3 1 Whole Chicken, cole slaw, 1L 3% Milk
Meal#4 50grms protien powder With 1L 3% milk
workout
Meal#5 50grms protien powder
Meal#6 1 whole chicken,Salad(any kind)1L 3% Milk

This may sound like alot of food but you get used to eating this much after a couple of weeks.

You can substitute the chicken with steak or ground beef, Which can be prepared many different ways.

I have found that the easiest way to stay on a diet is variety.

Remember try to get at least 700 calories per meal and 45 grms protien. Don't worry about carbs and fat when trying to gain!

Your diets not bad bro. I would add some more fruit, veg. and whole grains to your diet. Keep up the protien though. We eat alot of tuna at my house. You need fiber too

milk is a good source of protein, plus, it tastes good and it's easy to prepare.
pouring a glass of milk:10 sec pro/25g
draining the can of tuna and force feeding the whole can to yourself:5-50 min. 30g/pro
