![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is my daily course... 8:00am - Cereal + milk (fat free) 7:00pm - 8:30pm, I'm at the Gym.... 8:30pm - Protein Shake Is this a good eating cycle, because I feel like all I do is eat and eat and get no results. ![]() ![]() ![]() Not growing? Try this diet Meal#1 1 dozen eggs,2 pieces of toast This may sound like alot of food but you get used to eating this much after a couple of weeks. You can substitute the chicken with steak or ground beef, Which can be prepared many different ways. I have found that the easiest way to stay on a diet is variety.
