Hey bro, stupid question, but I've always wondered what u mean by "if you racked the bar, then your lifting the bar"....???

A lot of times when I go into the gym, my partner will say, "I might not be able to get this weight up." That's where my catch line comes in. If you put the weight on the bar, then we will spend all afternoon in the gym, but you will get that weight up.

Guess that might be too hardcore for someone, but damnit...everyone has at least one more rep left.

In other words your saying...."If you "load" the bar with weight, then you better lift it "

I've got a buddy that will lay there indefinitely til he gets his reps in....and he holds some American junior records....so yes, its hardcore, 'specially when your spent !!
