Im about 3 weeks in on a D-Bol cycle. This is my first AS usage. I started at about 60 and 200 pounds. I wanted to be as safe as possible so I went with a fairly week cycle of only D-Bol with a pyrmid dosage of 3-4-6-6-4-3 tabes/day. So far Ive gained around 25 pounds (a lot of this is water and fat but) the last three weeks. I might phase in some clenbuterol to shed the fat and some clomid to keep my gains when I finish my cycle.
I feel a lot of pain in my elbows and especially my shoulders when I lift. The bad pain starts soon after I complete my first set (the same time my pump starts) and ligers around until my pump goes away. Im lifting only slightly heavier weight now - nothing too dramatically heavier. I have had better workouts when I was not on the D-bol because not he joint pain is holding me back. Some other discussions point at isolated injuries because of the heavier weight lifting but my seems to be both shoulders evenly and my elbows and Im not pumping up that much more weight than I normally do. Any ideas would be appreciated.

its probably due to excess calcium retention. anabolic steroids cause your body to retain and store calcium, which leads to joint pain.

How would I get rid of the extra calcium? Any suggestions? I seem to be experiencing the same symptoms now.

Thanks for the feedback. It doesnt sound like Im the only guy with this problem I was starting to worry that somehow the D-bol was ripping up my joints. I think Ill have to cut out the milk and get some glucosamine sulfate. The glucosamine wont help calcium deposits but its supposed to reduce the wear on my cartilage.

Hey dude, here's one I forgot to add to my post previously, MSM with glucoseamine sulfate. I'm using MSM every day 2 grams a day, try 1 gram before working out and one after, and it does seem to help out reducing soreness from lifting. So for what it's worth check it out..lol..

you should increase fluid intake to wash out some of the calcium.

also, if possible cut down your protein intake a little.
