OK I KNOW THIS IS MY POST 100, PLEASE DONT PUT PRO NEXT TO MY NAME. I SHOULD IN NO WAY BE CONSIDERED IN THE SAME CATAGORY AS MANY OF THESE GUYS ANYWAYS, HOW MUCH TIME DO MOST OF YOU GUYS SPEND IN THE GYM ON AVERAGE. ME I SPEND 2 HOURS, USALLY 4-5 TIMES A WEEK, JUST WONDERING IF IM SLACK. OH YEAH IS 50 WINNY TABS ENOUGH TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY CUTS? THATS ALL I HAVE IP: Logged |

I spend about 1 1/4 hours..every other day..I lift really heavy, almost until I feel like puking or passing out. I tried to long workout schedule but it only made me worse almost like I was over training IP: Logged |

I'm doing some circuit training right now. On chest day I spend about 1 hour, then about an hour and fifteen to twenty minutes on leg day. ------------------ IP: Logged |

its not how long you spend at the gym is how hard and strong you work out. but an average day for me is about 1-1.5 hours. 5-6 days a week. swol IP: Logged |

2 hours is pretty long. I mean it depends on your intensity. On a good training session I'm in and out in less then an hour. Unless I get caught up with the local gym chater bugs which I try to avoid. Anyway, some people state that winny works well on low dosages but, personnaly I take 15-20 like I mentioned before to see any nice gains. And winny is not for cutting up, it depends on how you train and eat(very important) It can be but, it can be for size aswell. It's a really good quality muscle gainer. If you have access to liquid instead I encourage you to go that route. I barely go with orals. Sometimes it's better to wait till you have everything in order than doing a half assed cycle. young1 IP: Logged |

I'm not in for more than an hour, ever. Unless i'm doing cardio. @ hours is much to long, i train 6 days a week and 45mins is my average workout time and i'm whipped.

45MIN TO 1HOUR EVERY OTHER DAY VERY HEAVY AND WITH THE BASIC COMPOUND MOVEMENTS IF U TRAIN WITH ALL U GOT U CANT GO ANY LONGER!! IP: Logged |
