Tommorow will be the end of my second week on omna. 750 mg a week, first cycle ever. So far I have only gained 5 or 6 pounds. I have been lifting 5 days a week (the program from steroid encyclo.), going to complete failure, eating 5 or 6 times a day, drinking lots of water, etc. Why in the hell aren't I gaining more. I am hardly ever sore. How can you tell if your overtraining when your never sore on juice? Or is it something else? Thanks bros.

When I start overtraining I get really tired all day long, short concentration span and drowsy feeling. It's actually pretty easy to distinguish when you're feeling it. Just 'cause you're not gettin sore does'nt mean that but, if you're not gettion sore then you should flip some shit around in your training bro. If you can make yourself sore 70% of the time you're doing excellent. And personnaly I think your gains are pretty good, my bro's usually see the best results of of test after the 3rd week or even after the cycle(if it's short) Good luck. Let me know if I missed anything.

Bro, you're not even done with your second week and you've already gained 5-6 pounds? If you keep this pace up, you will have 20-25 lbs at the end of your 8 week cycle. And you are not stacking the omna with anything....That's pretty damn good! Plus, you won't start seeing great results until about the fourth week.

I would agree, and think that if you start to feel lethargic, tired all the time, or you're losing strength in the gym- you're probably over-training. Make sure you get enough food and sleep. You could always jack up yourself with more juice too.
