Bros,

Just wanted to let you know how my cycle is going. I don't take as much as some of you as I mentioned before. I seem to blow up on a condsiderably smaller amount than some of you guys take. I am currently on Deca 150 mg every 4 days. Started on Monday, already gained 3 pounds. I love this shit.

Monday: 209 lbs
Present: 212 lbs

Starting to notice the "fullness" already.

I'd like to see some your guys's cycles and gains and how you are going with them.

Weighed myself this morning, pretty much on an empty stomach. I'm mid-cycle and have gone from 75 kgs. to 86 Kgs., an 11 Kg. (or approx. 25 lb.) increase.

No bloated feeling. Still at the same belt notch. Fuck, it's awesome!

Hmmm, it's got me thinking. Maybe I'll post a mid-cycle summary.

Like I've mentioned before I received no gains at all from test. Does'nt mean I won't try it again at a very high dose/week but, for now nothing really except for pump. Anyway, my gains are always very minimal but, are permanent on winny and d-bol. Average of about 8lbs per cyc. I make great gains on food bro, might partly be fat 'cause I eat eveything in sight (on and off during year) but I get a big full look.
Your gains seem to be going really well right of the bat. Good luck and keep us posted.

I am about to finish 2nd week of dbol and primo cycle. 3rd week begins on Sunday. I have already gained 7 lbs, and a fair amount of strength. My workouts for these two weeks have been awesome. I am getting pumps like never before. I am beginning to see that bicep vien which I have never had. I am going to be increasing my dosage of primo for the remainder of my cycle. I can't wait.

I been using for over three years now, I can't really tell you what number cycle I'm on because I'm brain dead right now and I don't want to think, but as far as my diet, I stick with high-protein and the carbs I eat are very clean. Brown Rice, Broccoli, pasta, potatoes, etc. I eat a lot of green vegetables every day, but my protein intake combined with meat and meal replacements is about 240 - 260 grams a day. Gotta feed those muscles! I pretty much stay away from fast foods and fatty foods, except for one day a week, sometimes two if I'm craving. Cut out Soda and Candy and all that shit completely. I don't even have a crave for it anymore. I actually found it cheaper to eat this way than before. The most expensive thing I spend money on is my meal replacements. (Aside from gear) I notice though, after using for over 3 years, when I am off of a cycle, I still grow and get stretchmarks and shit. I get gains after being off for three months. The last cycle I was on ended in December, so before Monday, I wasn't on anything all this first part of the year and still seen incredible gains. My body has accustomed to it I guess, but my consistent diet has something to do with it too I bet.

I'm into my third week of ny sus cycle. This is my first cycle. I have not seen any change in weight yet but people are telling me I'm getting bigger and I can see that I'm starting to get ripped and gaining strength and muscle now. This has all happened in the past 3 days. I'm getting ready to start stacking with deca. My first week I took 250mg and the 2nd and 3rd week have been 500mg. It's been great so far with no side effects and I love the pump after a during and after a workout. It won't be too long before I change my username and get away from that buck o five feeling
