Most of my Bros are familear with my cycle, but for those who arent. sus/dbol/ 6 weeks. Well I was cutting up (naturally) before I started my cycle. I managed my bodyfat down to 10% which Im glad I did at this point. I have gone from a 2100cal. diet to 35-3700cal. per day about 300cal more than I would on a norman bulking diet. Ive been running a high carb/protein ratio normally looking something like this. 325g of protein daily 450-500g of carbs daily. I cut almost all carbs after 9pm and eat only protein usually taken with a high glycemic fruit to spike blood sugar up a bit for protein sparring. I eat a total of 7 times a day in 2 and 3 hour increments. I mix my protein sources especially between red and white meats. I use red meat about 4-5x a week, Ive always found that it seems to work very well this way.. This is what I usually run every winter, with some minor adjustments according to bodyweight and what have you. I assume that this diet works as well with A.S use as it does naturally. I also get a majority of my fats from efa's. If you bros can throw anything in I may have left out, or have any suggestions...throw em this way...so I can get this bitch finely dialed in. I think you should be happy with your diet. Calories are always good. It's nice being all stuffed with food feeling heavier and sweating non stop from the calorie overdose!! That feeling always means "growth". Anyway, keep us posted on your gains. Get huge young1 IP: Logged |
