I am so pissed off.. its very unfair that someone can be born with bitch tits. Im gonna rip these fucken things right off. If it wasnt for them i would have a nice body. Im gonna stick a needle in them and try and suck out the glandular tissue myself. Screw lipo Screw everything.. What about nipple rings?? U think that would make the nipples stay hard and stop the nonsense.. Hmm.. but the bottom of my pecs will still look like shit. Anyone get the surgery done b4? How much is it on average and how long does it take to recover and what do you look like when your recovering. I really wish there was some type of drug that got rid of it. Im very angry i dont know what to do. Help guys if there is anyway to help..

I had surgery to remove gynocomastia from my left pec. Although puffy nipples alone do not qualify as gynocomastia. It must be accompanied by a firm lump or growth directly under the nipple.

Ask your doctor about getting them removed. My surgery was covered under insurance. It looks pretty good, you can only see the scar if you're up close.

I do not have a FIRM growth under the nipple but i do have a soft growth under the nipple.. And the nipple are sort of coned.. does this qualify as gynecostomia..

i wouldn't worry about it. heres what i would do.

do 2-3 cycles. use 40 mg nolvadex every day whether you need it or not. the excess muscle and lost fat should make the gyno appear alot smaller.

then try some arimidex. supposedly that can reverse gyno.

either or. they both should work to make your gyno look smaller.

you ain't alone bro i got a mild case going through puberty but my only problem is that my nipples are big not the lumps, they seem to decrease as i get leaner but i dont think they will totally go away due to that iv'e been down to 6% and they are still there a little, guess ill just wait until i can get some armidex or until i have the $$ for surgery, just don't wanna hand over the big bucks for that...i would rather put it towards the good shit but i know its worth it....decisions, decisions

Yeah thanx alot.. i need to try and get that armidex stuff.. hmm.. im not exactly skinny im at 15% bodyfat 6' 205 pounds.. But im not fat at all just not as cut as id like to be. What would taking nolvadex all the time even if i dont need it do?? I donno if im gonna do that im planning on just taking clomid eod and ed for two weeks after.. Does anyone else have any info that i might be able to use.. especially on armidex or the price of surgery.. thanx bros

I'm trying to figure out whether i have gyno or not but the thing is, my bf % is up there, up around 20 but the nips ARE cone-shaped. I dont really know how to tell the diff. between just fat & water or gyno...

if you are prone to gyno steroids will aggravate this problem. basically steroids might be 2x as hard on your body in regards to gyno development as they would be in a normal person. i would use nolvadex or clomid to be safe.

Sound like the same problem as me. I am now 28 and my bf is low. I have puffy nipps, but there is no growth underneath. No matter how hard I blast my chest they are still puffy. my nipples are affected by temp changes!!!?? If it is cold they are fine and my chest looks pretty good, if it is hot or humid they look puffy and fatty. I am hoping that when I start my first cycle, my chest will GROW and they will fill in the puffy part. I will be on clomid EOD and three after.

i am in the same boat, 28 and no lumps, but a little bit puffy.. When you do your cycle make sure you use clomid and have some novedex on hand. If you are like that natural, chances are you will get gyno affects from juicing. I had no prior, but my body doesn't take the test's very well..
Also... Someone who has had the surgery What is the average cost? I think i may just do a big f'in cycle. then go strait to sugery...haha

listen i only skimmed all the post but i you do have some growth under the nipple just start taking nolvadex 40mg-60mg per day till it goes away
it will work if it is real real bad go see doc

If you already have bitch tits, take nolvadex with winstrol tabs. Take 2 tabs nolvadex for 5 days with 30-40mg of winny per day. Then take 1 tab nolvadex per day for the next 5 days with 30-40mg of winny. Continue to take the winny for about 2-3 more weeks. You can even add one tab of proviron per day to this cycle. This will not eliminate the gyno but will reduce it to unnoticable appearance. Gyno cannot be eliminated without surgery and even then it can come back. Just be smart and use some proviron or nolvadex or clomid when on heavy androgen cycles, or if you are rich use arimidex.

Yup, once gyno is there, it cannot be treated with novladex. Surgery is the only way to get rid of gyno. But, you can do as Cubano advises to reduce the visibility of the condition.

Wondering the same thing today myself about weather I have gyno or am just a fatty. I've heard Gyno is the result of GLANDS and not lard, but it hard to tell the diff. I know when I get a handfull of my girlfriends chest, it feels pretty damn soft (just like mine). Is there any other warning signs of having a pre-disposition for it? Or a disliking for test? I had really bad acne as a kid, (right now they think it is adverse reaction to normal levels of test [natuarlly occuring acne anyway] than a normal reaction to excess test {like that caused by gear}) and at the same time have very little body hair (also something to do with test) could that indicate that my body is overly-sensitive to test?
How can you really tell if you have gyno?

I just got my stiches out from gyno surgery.
I got the surgery last thursday I have had this since I was a kid. When I was younger I
was on steroids because of a blood disorder
and the DR's think that what caused this.
If I cane give info to anyone on the operation let me know.

Thats after surgery with payment to the doctor and to the hosiptal. Insurance is still debating paying for it, but they havn't
said no. Ya, it's kinda weird I paid for the operation. but the insurance was taking forever...

if you just have fatty tissue you might want to look into pgf2a localized injection which should decrease the local fat mass ans in theory KILL the fat cells.

Hey blood4blood, That's fucked up!! I have NO body hair except my nuts and pits which I shave! Is this a reaction to test?? I haven't ever done a cycle yet! I did jump on the andro bandwagon and ate a million pills. Could this have caused the situation? I am leaving for the gym in about ten minutes to punish my chest. When I am done I could still see my fatty nipps! Unless it happens to be cold. Does anyone know if this is a condition, like maybe my body has low test levels or has a adverse reation to test? Should I get checked before my cycle?

no it is not the same "technically" as
gynomacastia, however the source is the same
ESTROGEN+ maybe progestins.

you have what is called a gynoid fat storage pattern- which is associated with high levels of systemic estrogen- the worse part is the fatter you are the greater amount of aromatase are available to convert your WONDERFUL TEST into Estrogen. you may want to invest in some arimidex and use gear to diet down and get rid of the fatty tissue-

yes in conjunction with dieting- it should have similar effects to women use for lower body fat loss- however I would substitute clomid
