I have his Encyclopedia in front of me.

His "Advanced Training Spli" looks like this:

Mon morning - Chest & Back
Mon evening - Thighs & Calves
Tues - Shoulders, Upper arms, Forearms & Calves
Wed morning - Chest & Back
Wed evening - Thighs & Calves
Thurs - Shoulders, Upper arms, Forearms & Calves
Fri morning - Chest & Back
Fri evening - Thighs & Calves
Sat - Shoulders, Upper arms, Forearms & Calves

LOOKS LIKE OVERKILL TO ME BRO!!! (UNLESS YOU HAVE SUPERMAN GENETICS AND TAKE 2000MG OF TEST EVERY WEEK)

Yours looks good to me. I was doing each bodypart twice a week, but decided to go to once a week, much like yours, and my strength gains have been better.

good luck,

Christian

ps. I wouldn't advise trying arnold's advanced split unless you have been seriously bodybuilding for at least 5 years.

I would keep your split and do each muscle group once per week. It is better to undertrain then overtrain.

BIG DOGG

Good looking program. The exact same one I used for a year. You may consider this however.

Monday (quads, calves, forearms)
Quads - leg extensions, barbell lunges, leg press, squat
Calves - Calf raises
Forearms - wrist rolls

Tuesday (Chest, biceps)
Chest - Low incline bench, shoulder width
bench, incline flyes
Biceps - Seated dumbbell curls, preacher
curls, concentration curls

Wednesday (lower back, hamstrings, triceps)
Lower back - deadlift
Hamstrings - stiff-leg deadlift, standing
leg curls
Triceps - Cambered-bar tricep extensions,
one-arm dumbbell extensions, bench dips

Thursday (upper back, delts, abs)
Upper back - lat pulldowns, barbell rows,
cross-bench dumbbell pullovers
Delts - Seated dumbbell presses, incline
bench dumbbell laterals, standing side
laterals
Abs - reverse crunches, obique crunches

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - REST AND EAT

This is just an example. Got this from the new issue of FLEX magazine. If you see something you don't like, change it up, but this is going to be my new guide. Hope it helps.

If you racked the bar, then you're lifting the bar.

That 3x a week plan has got to be precontest. There's no way he would be getting enough rest, especially if juicing. Although the book doesn't say its precontest, I remeber him saying somewhere he did 3 times a week to cut up but he lost some muscle doing it. He said knew the risks but there was no other way to get the striations.
