snapdragon Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 25)	posted April 06, 2000 09:01 AM I was injecting my glute with a 22ga 1 1/2 pin. I didn't see blood when I pulled back and checked. But when I pulled out the needle blood began to pour out--not like a geyser but it was dripping alot. I have a small lump that I can feel under the skin but I can't see it in the mirror--maybe about the size of a pea. Could I have injected into a vein? I might have moved the needle a little after I inserted--not much but some. What can I/should I do. How will I know if it is an embolism (sp?). Other than that everything has been going real well on this first cycle. This wasn't even my first injection--the first 5 went smooth. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks IP: Logged
Arminius Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 30)	posted April 06, 2000 09:13 AM Far from being an expert if you aspirated and didn't get blood into the syringe you didnt inject the vein you just cleaved one on the way in.. the bump is just blood under the skin.. if you cant see very much black and blue you must have hit a deeper one... TATOO Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 12)	posted April 06, 2000 09:15 AM NO DIDNT INJECT INTO A VEIN, BUT YOU MAY HAVE PASSED THROUGH ONE WHEN YOU STUCK THE DART IN. IS NO BIG DEAL. AS FOR THE LUMP, THATS JUST A LITTLE BIT OF GEAR THAT WASNT INJECTED DEEP ENOUGH. GIVE IT SOME TIME. TAKE CARE. TATOO IP: Logged
