![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Guys, What is bad for you and will make you lose mass ..... coffee, smoking, drinking, hmb, other stuff ??? because i have the feeling that in my zeventh week of my cycle now, my arms got thinner, but i train them as hard as ever .... did drink more coffee lately ... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well I think I eat enough .... that can't be the problem. I take 2 Carbo shakes a day, no protein shakes because I instantly get Acne (damn) ... so I try to eat good. But have to admit I drink coffee (5 a day), smoke in weekends (Yes i know it's stupid) and drink a lot of beers in the weekend, well hey want to have some fun to. But that can't be the problem. I can usually see it at how tight my watch is. Sometimes it seems i've lost some mass and then sometimes it don't, or is that just me looking in the mirror to often. I do have a very hight pulse and metabolism .... when i'm not on AS i can eat eat eat but never gain a pound ... damn ... Mike IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Binge drinking on the weekend WILL cause you to lose mass. 1. It deydrates the body, 2. It increases estrogen levels. I'm not saying not to take a drink, but having "lots" of beers on the weekends will cut into your gains. I don't know about the coffee and smoking thing. -Christian IP: Logged |

Perhaps it is the type of protien that you have tried that causes your breakouts. There are many different typs that you can try,whey,soy,milk and egg.One of these has to work for you. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well i get it from the protein shakes i order at my gym .... what kind of protein shake should i choose ... guess you can read it on the bin what kind of protein it is ... Yes i gues if i take 2gr per kg bodyweight a day i would have plenty more mass ... Yep i admit it sounds strange ... but i've read it on another site that sudden large amounts of protein can cause your body to react with acne ... well I took some shakes and well had about 5 pimples extra (on my forehead) the same night .... not very good to attract the girlies right guys .... but will try some different kind of proteins ...
