![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The "insomnia" that you experience is most likely due to your lifting schedule. If you lift later in the evening, then eat afterwards, your body will not be ready to sleep. You should, if possible, plan your daily intake of supps and lifting and food to give yourself at least two hourss before you go to bed.
