The "insomnia" that you experience is most likely due to your lifting schedule. If you lift later in the evening, then eat afterwards, your body will not be ready to sleep. You should, if possible, plan your daily intake of supps and lifting and food to give yourself at least two hourss before you go to bed. I will get you some renewtrient when I get back to phx and send it to you.

Appreciate you input....I worked out early yesterday and I actually had a restful night's sleep. I wish my schedule would allow me to do that every night!!!! Til then, the renewtrient may help greatly!!
