![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What happens if you hit a bone, do you get a real big warm bruise on your arm. I had shot in on my arm for the first time on Mon. and now it still hurts and is a light red tint on the shoulder and bicep. Please, i am worried and would appreciate any help, THANX. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You probably aggravated the area. You should never hit a bone when you are injecting because the skeletal muscle is more sensitive compared to muscle that is closer to the skin. If the redness does not go away in a couple days then go to a walk-in clinic or your doctor, so they can check it out. It will remain painful so don't expect it to go away anytime soon. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sustenon should not be shot anywhere but the glutes. It takes a long time to disapate and has a tendency to spread into the knee area if you do it in the quads and the shoulders and elbows if you do it in the arm or shoulders. For some medical reason I can't explain right now, the glutes seem to keep it in the general area. ------------------ IP: Logged |
