I have some leftover Anadrol that expired 8/99. Is it okay to use it or does it spoil or something after the expiration date? Has it lost it's potency? IP: Logged |

NO! IT WILL STILL BE ALLRIGHT. WE HAVE OFTEN USED GEAR UP TO 2 YEARS AFTER EXP. DATE. A LOT OF DRUG REPS. USE TO SELL THE OUTDATED DRUGS OUT THE BACK DOOR OF THE MANUFACTURING PLANT. THE GOOD OLD DAYS!!!!!! IP: Logged |

I have always wondered the same thing myself. This is what I was told....Pills are fine provided they are still hard and the color is good....it is possible to take them years after the exp. dates. How many? I don't know, but steroids will not hurt you to take them after the exps. They just get weaker. At least that is what a doc at my gym said. Right now I am on some Deca I got from a former North American HW winner. The exp. is '89. Its Deca by RUGBY and a couple by Baxter. Remember them?.....I'm in my 4th week and have already gained more than I ever have on a Deca cycle before. They are only 50mg/ml and Baxter 100mg/ml. 10years expired, but they are still working. Water base steroids are what you have to watch, because if they go bad you can get steroid fever, major acne, vomit, but I was still told they will not kill you. Just may make you a little sick. Oil is the best because it acts as a great preservative...would'nt hesitate after this experience to try old gear provided I know it is real and oil based. It makes me wonder why these little 50 and 100 are working so well compared to 200mg I have taken before...I know these Rugbys and Baxters are real...I saw him peal the prescriptions off it....I don't really know for sure about all the new stuff out there, but I am going to agree with some of the vets. The older versions seem to really have more kick! They are 10years expired and are working great! Very noticeable, muscular gains...Not to mention I have gained 15lbs and have lost 3% of my bodyfat.
