iam presently on wk 4 of winny-v e/c/a stack, for cutting and burning fat, but the winny is fucking up my blood/insulin levels! and its making me paranoid, i get glassy eyes after i shoot and a real weak feeling sometimes like when you dont eat right! i dont like it and think i should stop this . any advice on a new cutting cycle that wont mess with my blood sugar/ insulin levels? or any advice as to why this is happening? im 175llbs 5'8" about 15-25% body fat and want to burn fat ------------------ IP: Logged |

what is you diet like?carbs,fat, protein- plus sources of carbs, fat, protein and total number of calories taken in and caloeries you use for maintanance and for bulking. Winstrol may blunt the effects of insulin ------------------ IP: Logged |

I think the winny is not agreeing with your system for some reason. Now the hard part why..... Is it diet? Stress? parinoa? sensitivity to that drug? Fake shit? chesty, im taking 1cc eod now for 4weeks, i work out 5days per week, 2days off. i usally stick myself in the mornings b-4 the gym, and i use my quads ... my diet is low , fat, low carbs and high protein, something like this: fats approx. 20-35g} carbs approx. 350g } PER DAY protein approx. 200g } I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THIS IS DANGEROUS! You are not even close ot a low carb diet. If you were around 50gms or less of carbs that would be low carb. You may be having a reaction to the win. If it keeps up discontinue it for a week and see if it makes a difference. Try dropping your carbs to 50gms a day, your fats to 10 a day and upping your proteing to 250 gms a day. See how you doo on that. 1cc is not bad, I am using 1.5cc eod. Let me know how it goes. ------------------ IP: Logged |

actually bro, it sounds like you might be overtraining. Sometimes less is more. I used to do the long workouts like you, but when I went to i body part per day with about a 45 minute to 1 hour work out I felt much, much better. Belive it or not I started seeing more gains and my body fat started decreasing. Sometimes less is better. You have nothing to lose by trying it that way. Sometimes when you overtrain your body will burn more muscle than normal for energy and it also has been know to mess up you insulin levels amoung other things. I hope this helps bro. THANKS BROS THE THING IS THE WINNY IS HELPING ME TO LOOSE INCHES OF FAT AND AT THE SAME TIME IM SLOWLY GAINING MUSCLE WEIGHT! WHERE IF I WERENT TAKING THE WINNY IWOULD BE SKINNY AS HELL W ALL THIS CARDIO SO... AND ABOUT THE CARBS , I INCREASED THEM BECAUSE OF THIS INSULIN THING, IT GIVES ME MORE SUGARS THAT I NEED OR I THINK ILL PASSOUT! MAYBE AIRTIME IS RIGHT LESS IS MORE , BUT I FEEL FINE, EXCEPT FOR THE OCCASIONAL BLURRY VISION AND WEAK FEELING, I EVEN GOT REAL COLD AND CLAMMY THE LAST SHOT! Sounds lilke you could also be dehydrated. You need to be drinking tons o water every day at least 1 gal or more. Only a few can get away with little water intake, I fortunately happen to be one of those. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Matty, why do you say that your blood levels of insulin are being affected. I doubt you had a blood test after doing the shot, and the way you feel makes you think its insulin/sugar levels....I know this is your first cycle and I would bet that its your nerves....I remember my first cycle and I was almost sick on my stomach after my first few shots. Then when I had a headache I thought it was the juice. Or any other pain for that matter. You will get used to it..I say take the shot 1 hr or so before you go to bed instead of before the workout....I think that will help!!!! IP: Logged |

i really hope your right stickman! but how do you explain the blurry vision/glassy eyes, after i shoot? and what about the clammy hands and cool skin and feeling like im gonna pass out? like i said i hope it is my nerves and not something more serious like my liver!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Your nerves mostly, but I still bet you are not getting enough water! Try getting a gallon a day in every day and drink like a mo fo during your workout. Your liver is fine, don't see how it could be otherwise on a first cycle, unless you had a pre-existing condition. Which I doubt. Have you checked with your doctor?
