I'm going with the advise I received on a previous post and am shooting 400mg of Laurabolin a week and taking (orally) 2cc's of Reforvit B a day. The later I found in an earlier post. That would be 50mg/day. I plan on tapering off this in the following weeks. This is at a peek of a Laurabolin cycle that has gone on for 8 weeks, with a max of 600 mg/week (for 4 weeks). I just started the Ref/B. I just got this so the first eight weeks were straight Laurabolin. A little information on myself. I'm 26, 5'11", large build. Fairly fit. I lift 4-6 times a week. At the beginning of the cycle I was 210 (pounds) and I'm now 235. I have 18" arms (lefts a little smaller) and a 48" chest. With this information can someone tell me if I'm on the right track and what should I do to cut up after this bulking cycle? Some of the problems I've had is lack of appetite, lack of energy, (lately) excessive pump when I work arms, and my mid section (sides) have swollen up quite a bit. I guess this is from water retention? I take a B complex, but it hasn't seemed to help my appetite. Thanks. IP: Logged |
