Sounds like you might not be eating enough. Your entire body will grow all at once if you do everything right. Also, calves are the last bodypart for a lot of people in terms of getting some good growth. So, just eat a lot and train heavy and give it time time time... If all else fails, synthol actually does work nicely in the calves if you can take the pain. Or you can inject that pgf2 crap 4 or 5 times a day until they start to grow. IP: Logged |

Start doing jump rope, and alot of jogging. If you want something quicker then I recommend "Strength Shoes". They burn your calves like no other. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey juiced- Last year I was 230 with 16in calves, now I'm 244 with 19.5in calves. My secret-------Train them intensely, by themselves, and at least 3-4 times a week(2heavy, 1-2 brutal squeezing/higher reps). This has really worked for me. Calves just don't respond like chest or back, so you need a plan of action. By the way, they are not freaky big but are definately vascular and cut. Try it an let us know the results. IP: Logged |

High reps work for me. Also, your short enough to walk on your toes (really stretch the calve when walking) throughout the day. It sounds stupid but short friends of mine that do it have huge calves- IP: Logged |

Try supersets going from one machine to the other. Or Dropsets, start heavy, have your partner drop a plate, keep going, drop another plate, etc. etc. You have to work them hard and intense, Pain, its painful alright, but you know what, you'll feel like you have bowling balls down there the next day. Shock em, then shock em again. IP: Logged |

calves respond by: training them every 2 days no less than 20 sets per session. alternate between 20 sets x 5 reps and 20 sets x 20 reps, different weights of course. rest 2 mintes between sets. it comes out to about an hour and a half a week devoted just to calves -Pops IP: Logged |

Only two things seem to make my calves grow with any speed. 1 - Inject all your gear into your calves. 2 - The more I weigh, the bigger my calves are. Just walking around with more bodyweight makes them grow. I think that is why high reps seem to be key in calf workouts. IP: Logged |
