![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Everything I've ever read has told me that you should never work a muscle again until the "soreness" has passed to give time for resconstruction of the microdamage. Hmmmm.........then how the hell do the pros lift as often as they do without working some probably very sore muscles? And does AS make all of the difference as far as recuperation goes? (of course with a good diet) Anybody got an ideas? deltman IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The syndrome is actually termed cumulative micro-trauma. Besides being in a heightened anabolic state (actually a downright excessive) the pros also cycle their training regimens. They don't always go balls to walls, but instead alternate between periods of high intensity, moderate intensity, and light intensity (i.e machines) IP: Logged |
