I wouldn't buy a book? But make more bookmarks! Use the net man you will find 10x the info and from different sources not from just one book one persons opinion. But hey thats just my opinion. IP: Logged |

I like world anabolics Review and Anabolic Advantage.The anabolic edge and underground 2 are shi.. But the best book is this boards you learn a lot.
