Hello everyone....I'm happy to be back after a year away from the board!! I have a question on dropping bodyfat. I am 6', 255 lbs, 16% body fat. I would appreciate any input on the following: week 1: 80mcg clen (2 days on, 2 days off), 50mcg cytomel (daily), ripped fuel (for days off clen) Summer is just around the corner and I need to lose that stay puff marshmallow man look!!! Also, is DNP available in Mexico? If so, what is the average price? Thanks for help.......it's good to be back with the brotherhood =) IP: Logged |

NOT a guru, but: Cytomel, without AS is conducive to some muscle loss. I've heard and seen this. Not sure if clen is going to keep this from happening. ALSO, regarding thyroid levels, DNP will shoot your thyroid levels down by the end of each week. That on top of an artificially induced T-3, may lower your natural thyroid for too long. six weeks may be enough suppression to fuck shit up. the honduran IP: Logged |

Any suggestions on how to make life easier on the thyroid? Possibly a break between the Cytomel and DNP? If so, how long? Is there a better way to cycle these compounds? I am doing my part by staying low-carb and doing 45 - 60 minutes of cardio 5 days per week. Thanks again for all the help!!! SSMAN IP: Logged |

OZZYMANDIUS DNP and T-3 do not mix SSMAN
t-3 and clen can be stacked together but you have to take some type of gear to help with thyroid suppresion and to minimize muscle catabolism. 8 weeks of a non aromatic or test with arimidex BTW- clen should be taken every day not two on two off ------------------ IP: Logged |

MACRO....thanks for the detailed reply!!! The more I learn, the more questions I have. I am currently on week 1, day 6. I have been taking 80mcg clen and 50mcg T-3 daily. Tomorrow I plan to step up to 120mcg clen and 75mcg T-3 daily (week 2). The only gear that I have at my disposal is Ref B (and I can't make a gear run for another week). Is this acceptable to use for maintaining muscle mass while on T-3? If so, what doseage? Thanks again for the help!! SSMAN IP: Logged |

Still looking for some input on the Ref b.....will it suffice to maintain the muscle mass when on T-3 if used in small doseage? Maybe 1/2 ml twice a day? Or should I wait for my next gear run in a week? IP: Logged |
