I have primo, eq, and winny...
at the rate I am going on my test, fina, d-bol cycle I should be about 220 with 14% when I get off the cycle.
So here is the question: What dosages and what kind of diet should I use to rip up in a cutting cycle. I know primo will work with low calories, but how many calories is low..1000, 1500, 2000, 2500...anyone with good experiences cutting with eq,primo and winny help me out!!

Whenever I go on a cutting cycle, my main concern is not so much cutting out alot of calories, but instead just stepping up my cardio and watching the type of calories I get. I'll decrease my carbs and fat alittle bit while keeping my protein intake very high!

The amount of calories that are considered low depends on your size (height an bodyweight). 1000 calories is in my opinion way too low for anyone. low for a 220 pound guy doing alot of cardio and weights would be around 2000. just my opinion. like el cubano said the type of calories (fat, carbo, protein) matter greatly. Keep fat and carbo pretty low while protein stays high to try to maintain some of your size. To keep your size try to cut-up gradually over time, nothing too fast or you will waste a good bit of your cycle. just an opinion based on some science.
