![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Deca will help with joints but HGH will actually cure tendon problems and actually thicken you tendons and make them stronger. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() While on a cycle I take about 3grs/day each of chondroitin and glucosamine. These are the building blocks for tendons. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You got it Thunder, the chonodritin and the glucosamine are a good idea as well. I would not go jumping into GH use thats very tricky stuff. I am currently doing some reasearch on GH to see about it helping my reocurring tendonites problem. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I agree with the above and as far as joints are concerned you have consider what part of the joint you want to streagthen. If it's the bone then add calcium to your diet , if it's cartilage then add gluc sulf and chonr sulf to your diet. If it's tendons then you can try the above. I heard carrots and cucumbers are good for the joints as well. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What you all have to realize is that it's not just one thing that makes your tendons or bones grow, it's a huge amount of elements that are required if any of them are lacking in any way then the whole process is weakened. You must guarantee complete nutrition and mineral/vitamin supplementation in the correct amounts for you!! This is a very hard thing to acchieve and takes years to master, just taking more calcium or more glucoscamine will help a bit but not as much as taking a good hard look at your whole dietary intake. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() OHHHHH...to this subject i have alot of knowledge. There is absolutely no As that will repair or aide in the repair of any type of tendon damage. Deca and EQ will only mask the pain due to anincrease in fluid levels within the joint. This will eventually lead to further damage of the tendons because as your muscle grows, it puts more stress n the connective tissue. GLucosamine will help repair the damage but in my experience only at 4x's the suggested amounts. The body will not use the Chronditin (sp). GH is supposed to help in tendon repair....I say supposed to because after my pec surgery I rana few days on 6iu a day and had a very uncomfortable 'running' type pain in my pec as soon as I discontinued the pain disappeared. It was script GH so who knows why I had this reaction. Bottom line in my opinion is take some time off and rest. I've been 1 1/2 recovering from my pec tear and believe me, its not worth the injury.
