What can I take in order to loss weight and still keep the muscle I have? What is a good diet plan for a person 5'10 and 220 pounds? I am looking for what types of food to eat and how much. Thank you very much.

Email me for details..but, I suggest a stack using T3, Clen and E/C/A. IT's a very potent combo, and comes pretty inexpensive. You'd be on for 5 weeks, and then hit you bulk cycle. You would have enough for two cycles most likely, and would retain your muscle.

Take a small dose of some juice like 150 a week of winny, and hit the eca and t3 hard. Cardio every morning.
