To have a picture be placed in your message, you first have to have the picture if digital form (duh), like a jpg or gif, then it has to be in a place where you can get to it from the internet, like a web server. So if you can get to it from the web, like http://duh.site.com/image.jpg, you would enclose the link inside if [img] tags. Ok, for example, I have a picture at http://my.site.com/dbol.jpg, at the beginning of the link, you would put an {img] at the beginning of it and at the end it would have a [/img] at the end of it.
