![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you wanna gain mass, stick to basic movements like bench Press, dead lifts, seated rows or leg press. I'm not saying dont do isolation exercices at all, but do them after the basics if you wanna build mass. For a huge chest, benchpress gives the most mass, cable crossovers give more definition. So all you skinny guys looking to get big, stick to basic presses. LaytaH. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() e2 when you and the other guys sugest ass to the floor squats, do you really mean touch the floor? Cause the other day I went as low as I could (the bar was almost hitting the squat rack) and my back was sore as shit (lower) I don't wear a belt because I feel it takes too much pressure off you and puts... well nevermind I dont use a belt. What gives is ass 8inches from the ground good enough for 6 months out of complete acl reconstruction? IP: Logged |
