But I must realize that my body fat has never been higher than 8-10% at any point when I was tested (every 2 months). My small but somewhat significant gains were obtained naturally. Now it is time!! ![]() ![]() ![]() I was 6'2" and weighed 168 lbs a little over a year ago. 3 cycles later and a lot of eating hard work and eating some more I am 6'2" 212 at 10%. I have a long way to go to reach my goals but stick to it ecto's we can get there. Here is inspiration: My buddy took my into the gym a year ago and put on 185 on the flat bench. I almost was crushed by it as I hadn't lifted forever. I was so embarrassed that he was a good 50lbs stronger than me I decided to make my life at the gym so I could crush him! Now he benches a good 265 60lbs more than he did a year ago. I however bench 340lbs 175lbs more than I did a year ago. You can do anything its up to you how hard you want to work for it! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would have been considred ectomorphic until the age of 24 which was when I took up bodybuilding. I was very lean with little muscle weighing 145 pounds at 5'10". I am now decidedly mesomorphic weighing 200 pounds after 5 years of hitting the weights and taking the odd cycle now and again (and again). I belive that you can change your body type with hard training, eating well and a little assistance from Vitamin S. Think small and you will remain small!!! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() If I'm not the hardest gainer, I'd like to see who is...my metabolism is so fast I can sleep off 3-5 lbs!!! Thats no joke!!! When I started using AS I was 6'7" 170lbs soaking wet and tried everything to gain weight. I ate fast food for every meal for a week once and did nothing except sit on my ass and play my computer for that week. I gained 2 lbs!! I just don't get fat, no matter how much or what I eat. I finally realized that the only mass I could gain was muscle mass, but got to a point where I wasn't ggetting any stronger or bigger. Thats when I started using AS. Now I'm 6'7" 215lbs, and still in the single digit BF category, and I'm not juicing at the moment. And at 6'7" I'm not huge, lean as hell though. That 215 is not much bigger than my ideal bodyweight for my height and frame. But I do think as I'm getting older my metabolism is slowing a bit, but not much. I wanna be that guy someday that they have to take the walls out of his house and move with a crane because he's so fat. Bury me in a grand piano box I'm so fat. But that is of course after I get to be 6'7" 350lbs with 6% BF. But thats probably just a dream, but I'm trying!!!!!!! Slim IP: Logged |

All natural, no AS. 4000+ calories a day barely got me 5 pounds a year in gains. Talk about metabolism....I lose a pound just walking to the shower each morning!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I screwed up trying to eat very few carbs, low fat, and lots of protein while doing a shit load of cardio and intense training and didnt get bigger or stronger for about a month and a half.Then I started eating a helluva lot of everything, I get 30 grams of protein every hour now. In two weeks I've put on ten pounds and went from benching 225 eight times to 225 eleven times, with an additional 20 pounds on my max. Plus about3/8 of an inch on each arm. NO AS. Now i'm considering it, being 5'11'', 205. I kinda wanna wait till I get up to 220. Then I plan on hitting a light cycle for moderate but sustainable gains. Anyone ever thought of a stack like clomid, tribulus, yohimbine? ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wow, you weren't kidding when you said a light stack! I doubt something like that will get you any gains. Clomid is primarily used after a cycle to keep gains and to restore your body to its natural test levels and I believe it is an antiestrogen. Tribulus will also help keep your gains from AS. Those are the only things worth using, but you have to use something with some test before them. IP: Logged |

After two years of hard work and just starting the juice, (even though I have reasearch it so much over the past two years I feel like I could write a book) I now weigh 190lbs.
