i have been reading the posts for a few days and thought i would introduce myself. i am 6'1" 220 lbs. in carrollton, tx. i play a lot of softball and i go to the gym in order to hit the ball farther. i have done one cycle in my 6 years of training while living in vancouver, bc, canada. omnadren 250 & deca. pretty good results, but after 18 months off of the gas i have managed to maintain a limited amount of my growth. most of the posts i have read are very informative, and i would like to ask for suggestions for my next cycle. any thoughts would be appreciated.

my goals are probably different than a lot of the people on the board. physique is secondary to me, i want to get stronger period. i ran cross country in college while playing baseball, therefore, i am blessed with chicken legs. my squat pretty much sucks. while on my first cycle i was squatting 365 for reps, but now i am down to 315 for 6 - 8. my focus tends to be on my legs, chest, and shoulders (with the only goal being to be the biggest guy on the softball field.

Thats cool

I just quit running CC and track for my college a year ago. I was always one of the bigger runners and don't have the chicken legs...My calves are getting big now and still really cut up. Email me sometime I'm interested in hearing about your running days since mine ended abruptly with injuries to my hip and knee

Hey man, if you want Pure fucking strenght, try Halotestin. You wont grow much but you get strong as a bull and very aggressive too.
