![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hi, I'm 10 stone and very tall. I am slim and work out EVERYDAY for about 30 minutes. I walk a lot and every day before I go to bed I do 150 stomach crunches with my ab builder. I dont take supplements or steroids. How long will it take for me to build up a six pack and are there any other ways of getting it quicker. PLEASE HELP!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I always thought a stone was 14 lbs. Have I been wrong all these years? Geez. Anyway, you can't get much closer than 6 kgs.; I just thought it was indexed to Imperial rather than Metric. IP: Logged |
