I have been on my first cycle for 3 weeks now and I have not gained anything. In my eyes I am getting a little bigger but I am not putting on any weight. I am eating religously 5-6 meals a day taking in at least 40g of protein at each sitting and I'm gettin about 300g of carbs a day. I'm doing everything right but nothing is happening. Any insight would be appreciated. thanks

The mirror says I'm gaining and the scale says I'm not so that is a good point

We need more info. What is it that you are taking? Some AS start working quicker than others. Also, what dosages are you taking? That also has a lot to do with it. What is your strength doing? Increasing normally or better than normal? Give us more info to go on.

I agree with K-bar, need to know what your cycle is. Also, some people (me included) have a hard time putting on size when doing cardio. When I am bulking, I don't do any cardio at all, it cuts into my gains. You may also want to take a day or 2 off from lifting a week to allow your body to rebuild, you make your best size gains while resting, so lifting everyday might be counter-productive.

I'm taking sus right now at 500mg per week. my strength is increasing daily. Now when I say I am working out everyday I am giving my body one day rest from the previous day workout. I do upper one day and legs, abs, back and calfs the next and then cardio 2-3 times a week.

Sounds like the dosage is good. By week 3, you should definitely be seeing some gains. Just to make sure your stuff is real, did you have the flu-like symptoms for about the first three days of the cycle? And also, does your ass hurt like hell for a day or two after injection? If not, it could be fake. Also, I'm with christian. I do absolutely no cardio while on a mass cycle. And definitely take at least 1 day a week off from working out at all, if not 2. Your body grows when it is resting, not when you are working out. You must have a long workout also if you are covering that many body parts in one day. You may want to split it up some more. Here is what I do:

Day 1 - Chest/Back
Day 2 - Legs/Calves
Day 3 - Biceps/Triceps/Forearms
Day 4 - Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Day 5 - Rest
Repeat

I do about 12 sets per body part while on a cycle with plenty of rest(I like 2-3 min) in between sets and go heavy. Drink at least a gallon of water a day along with your 4000+ calorie diet. If you do all of this, you should be getting great strength and mass gains and excellent pumps. Hope this helps.

Are you stacking anything with the Sust? Personally, I would have increased the dosage, but that's your choice. I stack Deca/Dbol/Sust and get a really potent combo.

I didn't get the flu like symptoms but then again I don't get sick very often or easily. I take pretty good care of my health but my ass hurts like a son of a biscuit afterwards. I walk with a slow bop for about 3 days. I'm getting ready to start stacking it with deca

Hey bro don't you think that doing cardio every other day is a BIT too much? Try doing cardio twice a week, more is a waste as you are going to turn your chemistry around and go catabolic, resulting in loss of any gains. If you want to bulk up, don't try to do cardio every other day. Lift, eat, rest in that order, lots of water too, with at least one gram of protien a day per pound of body wieght, more is better, and your favorite stack. Eat lift rest.

Check your calorie intake....At 300gs/carbs/day and 240gs/protein/day. That means in order to take in 5000 calories you would have to eat 396gs/fat/day. You might want to do a litlle calorie counting and make sure your getting enough. Cut out most of the cardio cause your burning up neede calories. PS unless youre one big hoss you dont need 5000cals/day. You'll just get fat as a hog!

i'm with kbar, i've noticed the upper one day
and lower next training split works well for
beginners but 2-3 months down the road they
plateau.

the training split that kbar gave is a good
example your body is probably not being able
to fully recover before you micro-tear it
down again.

the biggest mistake people make sometimes is
thinking that a day of rest is cheating.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG sometimes i'll take an extra day just because i feel like it ,
when i return i burst past previous levels
and am able to give more intensity to my training. so listen to your body.
