![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A brief hsitory: I am 48 soon to be 49. Aug of 1998 I was 300# and 27% bodyfat. I followed Dan Duchaines "militant weight loss" and by 5/99 I was 225# and 12% body fat. I was doing aerobics and weight training under the tutelage of a personal trainer. Last summer I did a cycle of Sustenon 250 (redijects) and norandren 200 (menican) and went up to 235. Keeping my bodyfat at or around 10-12%. A friend then got me some Suspension and ref-b and jsut came off a cycle and am now at 250. MY legs and arms are very very vascular. My measurements are 50"c, 16.5"a, 36"w, 28'q, 19"calves, 17.5"neck I eat every 2 hours consuming 240-250 grams of protein at each meal. I don't eat a lot of red meat due to a sensitive gall bladder that reacts to animal fat. I can eat filet. So my diet consists of a lot of chix breats and fish and protein shakes every other meal. My calorie intake is around 2500. My carbs come from bread/rice usually morning but most from veggies. The question(s) I have: Is is that enough calories to grow? Is it wise to get big at my age? I have heard comments about my joints and my age and being careful about that. Should I be content with just being tight/toned? I was thinking of doing a cycle in about 2 months of Parabolan and Winstrol Depot. Any help/comments for this "older guy" would be greatly appreciated. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Is that protein intake correct? If it is quit your job and become a chicken farmer or your gonna go broke!!!! Seeying how your body can only assimalte (sp?) 35-60 grams of protein at each meal your wasting alot of good money. (Im sure thats supposed to be per day.) As for age, dont let that get in the way. A guy I know took the overall title at age 52. Keep lifting and using A/S wisely!!! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i'm pretty sure steroids are beneficial as an anti-aging tool. but that is based on situations completely foreign to the one you are in. those situations involve 70 year old men who can't stand on their own w/o a walker. so in response, hell if i know. stay away from anadrol if you are worried about joints. i m pretty sure sore joints come from excess calcium retention, which anadrol causes.
