Heres a trick u might like to try before injecting hold the syringe in ure hand for about 5 mins this warms it up, makes it easyer to inject and I find hurts less the next day IP: Logged |

I am also on Sust now. It hurts like hell the whole day of injection and most of the next. I found that a slower (at least one minute) injection hurts less. Try not to move at all during the injection or when you pull the syringe out. Heating with hot water helps too. wmrebels1 IP: Logged |

proponate is a testosterone that is transferred slower that the other tests... it has a longer half like so the muscle takes more time to absorb the liquid.. this causes a slight reaction that might feel like a charlie horse for up to 3 days long.. the methods above are the best ways to reduce the length of soreness and the severity of it.. Try to completely relax your glutes before insertion. Then, push the dose a little slower. After removing the needle, massage the injection site for about a minute. If your doig this and you still are havvig pain you could be blowin' through a vein. Is it bruised ? If your using vials change needle tips after drawing dose from vial. mix it with something like primo or deca and this will ease it the pain but remember only oil with oil, also heat it up with some warm water then after a slow injection go do legs, it helps i promise IP: Logged |

I like the pain...this way I know the stuff is legit and working hardcore. Try 750 or 1000mg sust..yow. If you want gain but no pain...go somewhere else. The library perhaps? IP: Logged |

i don't know why it hurts. supposedly combining the drug with vitamin b-12 and holding the amp in hot water for a few minutes before you pull the drug out will help. IP: Logged |
