O.k, finally I got these up.The pics are all frozen frames from a video at Olympic gym in Vancouver taken in june I think. They're mostly just flexing and I think the last one is working back.Anyway, the avi's are all under 2mp's and are the film version of the frames. www.myalamo.com/secure_area.htm Once you get there scrol down to the bottom of the page and click on bodybuilder (bottom right) I tried to find some where you can see legs but to no avail. CRITIQUE ON!! PS: You can also see my old pic on the bottom of the page (after clicking bodybuilder) Also the avi's are only like 20 sec's long, so if your computer is slow you might want to skip these. Oh, I forgot to mention that. Yeah, I'm the one I'm the black tank top gettin absolutely crazy animal style on my tri's. My stats are 116lbs (off season) (22 last year) 5'9 1/2 or 5'10. I'm gonna try a to post a pic where you can see legs. I got it on an older tape somewhere. Anyway, I started training when I was around 16. I spent a good portion in juvy as a teen, which got me involved in more intense training ( a good thing )So first time I tried As I was 20 at 212lbs. Took me 3 tries to figure out my body does'nt respond to test in a gaining way. All test would do is shrink my balls and put more hair on my chest. Anyway, so my cycles now consist of lots of d'bol (3 months at a time) stacked with a none test ( mainly winny)I've done two of those cycles so far, so I guess I gain an average of 8 lbs. My next stack (may 1st) will be d-bol, ultragan, fina, decca, primo and possibly winny again. My biggest stack so far. I don't gain huge amounts of weight when on but keep all my gains. I'm gonna wait a while and hit the insulin and GH in about a year. I'll probably go for a show in two years. Thanx for the questions and input,bro's. Oh, my quads are pretty proportioned but hams and calves need catching up. Young1 PS: Bro's, let me know if you bothered to watch the avi's 'cause I wont bother posting them next time. Nice pic's. Good upper body beginings. Need work on forearms, waist, serratus, and bi/tri definiton. What do legs look like? That will really tell how far you have to go. Looks a lot better than I did 6 weeks ago. IP: Logged |

Look Real nice bro! the one thing i cant believe is that test doesnt work on you? maybe what you tried was fake. To me test is the cats meow. try taking 1000mgs or sust a week for 6 to 8 weeks then come talk to me about test not being effective on you but you do look good ------------------ IP: Logged |

dude,you look pretty good. what roids were you on when the pics were taken, what amounts? Also, where these pics taken when pumped? your weak points are few but they are: lats, lower back, ABDOMINALS and OBLIQUES, and forearms. Also, if you want any respect/credibility, you MUST show your CALVES and QUADS!! Other than that, you look GREAT and keep up the good work. I eat half half, I'm snacking between my meals ie: nut,cottage cheese or other, nuts etc. And to reply to conan, I've gone up to 700mls a week with test to no avail.Sust every 4 days and cyp every 4 aswell, so every second day. The cyp came from the doctor and the sustanon was real ( East Indian cyctahoh 250 double packaged )I mean I can give it a shot at 1000mls. I'd be happy if it works. Have tried propionate, testex, cyp and sust. My waist measurement is around 30 (under belly button) and I have'nt measured arms 'cause I feel it's bad luck. Thanx Guy's. Young1 IP: Logged |

Thanx for the critique and comments everyone. I've started training abs and obliques lately, I hate doing abs and have never really had a full set of six. My main target areas now are hams, calves and abs (obliques) Never really thought my forearms were lacking so I guess I'll throw them in twice a week from now on. I'm gonna give myself a time limit for all my inferior parts, Vegas! Conan, I'm still not sure about the 1000mls. You really think an extra 300/week will jump start it? I mean any one else would have seen results of of my previous test cycles, right!? That experiment will cost around $400 Young1 IP: Logged |

I love incline. Heavy dumbells or barbells. I work my way up to a max and then kill it with a little lighter weight in the following sets. Sometimes I do strictly barbell for one chest workout then strictly dumbells the next. I start with incline and usually do around 7-8 sets then move on to flat and then maybe some hammer strength and some fly's. Every workout's a little different. Thanx for responding everyone.
