IT SEEMS WE'VE BEEN GETTING ALOT OF POSTS LATELY FROM GUYS ASKING IF THEY CAN TAKE 6 SUST. 2ML TEST 1 D-BOL AND 4ML DECA FOR A CYCLE. COME ON GUYS. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT YOU GUYS ARE NEW TO THE BBing WORLD. YOU START LIFTING AND WANT TO SEE GAINS IMMEDIATELY. YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR TIME IN HOISTING IRON. A/S ARE NOT SOME MAGIC FORMULA THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE ARNOLD AFTER A FEW WEEKS IN THE GYM. START LIFTING SERIOUSLY. START EATING PROPERLY. GET A GOOD FOUNDATION. WHILE YOU'RE DOING THIS SET UP YOUR A/S CYCLE.PLAN WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO NEED AND OBTAIN IT SO WHEN IT'S THE PROPER TIME TO START A CYCLE YOU WILL HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED.DEFINITELY READ THE "ALL NEWBIES MUST READ" POST. You should wait to do a cycle until you hit a plateau. Try new methods of training and nutrition. If that doesn't work, plan a proper cycle. AS help you get over the hill to make better gains IP: Logged |

The Saint is absolutely correct and I put DIET at the top of the list for proper disciplines. You need to train hard, take good supplements, rest...........but if you don't eat right, you're throwing your money and time away on AS.

THE SAINT IS DEFINATELY MAKING SENSE HERE, I SEE SO MANY WANNA B'S IN MY GYM , JERKOFFS WHO ONLY TRAIN IN THE SPRING TO GET PUMPED FOR THE SUMMER, THE REST OF THE YEAR THEY WEAR 4 SWEATSHIRTS CAUSE THEY GOT SHIT UNDER THERE. THEY GOT SHIT BECAUSE NOT ONE OF THESE LOSERS EVER PUT ANY REAL TIME IN TO TRAINING AND THEY MAKE THE WHOLE SPORT LOOK BAD.SO BEFORE YOU BANG IT GET YOUR ASS TO THE GYM AND WORK IT FOR A WHILE, TRAIN HARD ,EAT WELL AND BE A MAN, LIKE THE REST OF US!!!!!!!!!!
