thought it was time to introduce myself i am 30 been BB for 15yrs won a few titles years ago i am 5'10 200lbs very very lean i have been training lately for shape but i am starting a cycle in 2 weeks i have injoyed reading your posts and very impressed with the overall knowledge and talent here. just thought it was time to say HEY!!
